"All on 4" is a dental implant technique that involves placing just four dental implants to support a full arch of upper or lower replacement teeth. It is often performed in Turkey, which is a popular destination for dental tourism due to the availability of highly trained dental professionals and lower treatment costs compared to other countries.
We have treated our patients for any dental problem or fear. From tooth loss to gum disease, we've tackled problems using All-on-4 dentures, such as:
• Broken or decayed teeth that are difficult to repair
• Unstable or ill-fitting dentures

The All-on-4 denture technique is an especially good alternative if you need dentures, but have other underlying health conditions, such as diabetes or osteoporosis.
After the procedure, you can expect even whiter teeth and a natural smile. Our patients have been amazed at the difference the procedure makes. They often experience new confidence and toothache relief. Others reported:
• Voice improvement
• Improved functionality
• No pain when eating
• New implants are easier to maintain than dentures
• Dramatically improves mouth and jaw comfort

The process of all on 4 takes an average of 2-3 hours for each jawbone. This process is between 1-2 days of your stay in Turkey.
If you arrive in Turkey the day before the operation, the pre-procedure process will be more comfortable. However, you can also arrive in Turkey on the morning of the operation.
Choose a toothbrush with soft bristles to clean your All-on-4 implant twice a day. Brush your teeth like natural teeth. Remember to brush your gums at the same time as you brush your teeth, especially when the All-on-4 prosthesis is in contact with gum tissue.
One of the hardest things to do with All on 4 is designing the prosthesis. The design of the teeth must be able to be cleaned, otherwise food traps will form underneath. This design must also allow floss to pass under and around each implant to effectively remove any food or debris.
Although there are only four implants, it can support ten to fourteen teeth. The implant is surgically placed and immediately on the same day a prosthetic is inserted and connected to the implant. As the healing process takes place, the implant becomes part of the jawbone and functions as a strong foundation for the new tooth.
Most patients regain a full diet within a month with All-on-4 implant prostheses, while those using traditional prostheses can take longer than a month. to achieve a restricted diet.
Titanium-reinforced restorations are meticulously performed by an orthodontist long before surgery. Permanent implants, which can only be removed by a qualified dentist or technician, are very durable and can last for many years.
However, many people don't realize that the reason dental implants prevent bone loss is that they fuse with the bone. When the implant is placed, it stimulates bone growth. The bone will then grow around the implant and fuse together.
There is a natural gap around the teeth, separating them from your gums. This is called a periodontal gap, but there should be no such space between the implant and your gums. Your gums will push up to your implant. Implants should always look natural.
The procedure is done under anesthesia, which means it may be painful, but you won't feel anything while it's happening. After the procedure, you may not feel well and your gums may become inflamed.
